Vredestein and Kumho are brands I try to avoid quoting. Due to the lack of proper distribution channels in Ireland they tend to be uncompetitive when compared to online prices.

    Sava Intensa UHP €140 http://www.tyrereviews.co.uk/Tyre/Sava/intensa-uhp.htm
    Fulda Sport Control €168 http://www.tyrereviews.co.uk/Tyre/Fulda/SportControl.htm

Thanks for the reply, have never heard of Sava or Fulda, are they Chinese budget brands?

Would have liked Vredestein to match with front tyres tbh, pity nobody brings them in to ireland.

Any Special offers for Tyre Pairs on the way by chance?

Fulda is a 113 year old German tyre manufacturer. Sava is a also European manufacturer. Both tyre companies are part of the Goodyear Dunlop group.

If we compare both of these two tyres to Vredestein Sessanta for wet weather capabilities according to their EU tyre label ratings the Fulda tyre will stop 3-6 metres quicker and the Sava tyre will be comparable from 80kmph in the wet.

Just looked up the Sava, that's a superb price going on what they sell for on Camskill etc.

Does the Sava have any rim protection?

They do have an ample rim protector.

Goodyear have them in stock for delivery tomorrow. Let me know if you'd like two.
