Wink Carbon dip (water print transfer) reliaility

Like the title states, anyone has had any water print transfer done on any parts of their veichle, I was thinkign of getting some pieces done but Im concerned about the reliability of it, does it fade, scratch easily or anything else etc.

Not sure about reliability BUT I did see some parts that Simon330 got done couple years ago for the Smurf mobile, the finish was very OEM quality. Think it was Aquaprint who done them for him? Curran might know more on that

It gets clearcoated after the transfer occurs, so its as easy to scratch as anything else with a clearcoat on it I guess? Should withstand quite a bit of abuse.

I was thinking about getting a few bits done. Any idea on price.

I had Dan in aqua print do work for me last year and would use him again.
He also delivered them to Clarehall saving me the trip back out to Rathcoole

    €90 for 3 parts

If that's the case it would be an idea to have it done with 2k laquer.

Yeah it was Aquaprint that Simon used!
And he's been back a 2nd time for sure, so they must be pretty good, as he's seriously picky...in a good way! :P
