How rare is the colour of your M3???

Many people quote that thier car has a rare colour.

Well some decicated person has put together all the numbers of each colour of M3 that was built.

The figures dont include South African built cars but since there were no UK cars painted in Aqua Blue Metallic then I think I'm safe to assume I have the only Aqua Blue Metallic Evo Saloon in the UK and Ireland. (Wow-wee)

Great find John. I wonder how many of the cars painted in the very rare colours are left.

I now see why it was impossible to find an Avus blue Evo coupe in good condition when I was looking for one as there were only 57 to start with.

Edit: I now see 57 was the number of LHD ones, there were only 10 RHD. No wonder I couldn't find one

yeah looks class, but techno violet would be the only colour id want on evo

its a tough one they look great in a lot of colours some of my favourites would be brilliant red , british racing green, velvet blue theres very few colours i dont like the e36 M3 in my preference change's weekly

haha, yeah its one of those cars i think. Where as on the other hand, theres only maybe 4/5 colours id consider on the E46 M3, weird.
