What is it like to live in Balbriggan?

I've lived in Balbriggan and the surrounding area all my life, I don't think I turned out too bad

Avoid the "boom" estates bar one or two. The best "boom" estate I'd say is Castleland Court as it's kind of isolated behind the church and away from the rest.

It's a totally different place for a child to grow up since I was hanging around the streets 20yrs ago.

But like anywhere else it's what you make of it. It's well serviced by public transport with a train station in the middle of the town and countless bus services into Dublin City.

150k should buy you a fine house Stan and I'd say if you stretched a little bit more you might get somewhere in the "nice" estates in the town.

Any questions feel free to ask
