I'd say enter your reg here http://www.bmwservice.ie/ and then ring around some dealers and see if any are willing to do better.
It's offered on E92s in the UK according to the ad in this month's BMWCar magazine.
Think it's for cars 4 years old +

Doesn't look like it there no, it's coming in at around 171 for oil service but with a few other bits and bobs its 335 oddly enough.... a lot of wedge for small piece of mind and a stamp. Might not have a choice though.

Just checked the advert, page 13 of January's bmw car mag.
The value service covered 1 and 3 series cars, £179 for an oil and micro filter change.
Offer expired Dec 31st though
