Emailing large attachments (forms) GEEK QUESTION

Lads, im sending pdf, forms and photos

Its telling me that the folder is too big and to compress it

I just want to make sure I'm not loosing any of the information in the process.

Win zip compresses the files down. When the other person receives them, he opens them with win zip and the files are there in their full form.

Win zip has really been overcome by online hosting, Dropbox etc but we in the public sector still rely on win zip as we are not allowed access Dropbox

I don't think Dropbox or cloud hosting will ever really cause the death of file compression, mainly due to security and secondly due to the grey area of intellectual property while stored a third party server.
