No.2 by a country mile. I have a similar non-sport version in my E46 and it's a nice wheel to be behind.

Based on your interior i would go with the first one, no.2 if you had the screen radio, i feel they go hand in hand

No 1 for me, it's a smoother more sculpted look that suits the interior better , the newer one looks like it has an upside down cereal bowel as a center cap. That said both are similar size and a vast improvement over the trucker version
