How much is a Digital TV tuner?
My Veyron Head Unit allows for DTV input but didnt get the module, but may look at it in the future.

Are they universal? Does one tuner fit everything once the AV leads match?

As long as you have RCA audio/video input (yellow/white/red) on your headunit you will be ok as they all come with this. Plenty of choice on eBay
