Interior fan speed won't increase

My E39 with climate control interior fan speed wont increase when I press the manual button up. Its speed will go down no problem. It will increase in speed when its in auto mode and when I use the windscreen button. I checked the coolant level and its fine. Anyone come across this problem before?

Cheers man. I hope its not that problem again. I'm on my 4th hedgehog. Last one was replaced about about 6 months ago.

Be curious if they keep going....
