Im not going into any details of the other thread on here for obvious reasons but just said id post this update for anyone who was interested in the outcome,

We got a map tonight and loaded it on the car within a few minutes and i can honestly say the car is a different animal now it pulls from around 1600rpm the whole way up to the redline with no tailoff in power whatsoever and best of all theres hardly any extra smoke over standard from what i can see, and from a point to point the car can pull an extra 10mph, 120 where it was 110mph... private road of course So anyway alls well that ends well, and it turns out there were no other mechanical problems either in the end

And the mapper said he can still make another few tweeks to it now that everything is going fine with this map! Can actually hear the turbo spooling up now what you couldnt before And according to the mapper its boosting at 1.75 now but it can safely be run at 2.0 bar

Oh yea and just to add..I'd highly recommend the likes autoremap etc for mapping your car. No horror stories and the map on another car here has been great so thanks Martin..I'll be staying away from cowboys who have no clue what there at in future, yes you know who you are, and it's not over by a long shot !!!
