is the prop with the big balancer drum on it? if so, knock it off, its not needed.
if the prop is without balancer drum you need to bend a bit the actual shifter rod, or make a new one thats 2mm shorter, it means gearstick will slightly (not noticable) be towards rear of the car

    Short shifter problem

I'm not sure which prop is on it
I think it's one with the drum
    I wasn't actually fitting it

if its with the drum, you can beat the drum off just with hammer.

not really. as newer props comes without those drums, guibo and prop bearing does the job anyway.

    Short shifter problem

    So I'm confused
Should I remove it and take 2 mm of the end or remove the weigh off the prop as Armando said
Is thee any damage being done at the moment
    Thanks
