E36 engine swap info needed!!

Looking for a bit of guidance on a engine swap.its a 2.5 92/93 e36 going into my 318is(maybe) but here's the bit I need help with.its an auto,obviously want to convert to manual for my car.whats needed and can be used from the old doner car?? ie prop,diff etc....

This was covered a while back iirc. Basically you need a whole donor car as so much is different and you'll need additional wiring to sort the auto thing out. Its NOT an easy job.
