E36 320i auto to manual conversion

Apologies if this has been up before, search didn't bring up any. I hope to reenter beemer ownership in the near future and a car I like has come up. One downside it's an auto, it'd do for the time being but I'd like it changed. So off the top of my head I'd need box, clutch, flywheel, pedal, cylinder and lines. Anything I'm missing or pitfalls to avoid? Also will the clutch cylinder from any e36 do?

U need - flywheel with full clutch ,fork with bearing and gearbox with linkages .prop shaft and might need diff as ratios could be different and not good for daily driving .pedals ,and both cylinders,in car on pedals and on the gearbox, steel line from cylinder to cylinder, rubber hose from brake fluid bottle to master cylinder .most ECUs can be re flashed from auto to manual .
