The pressure on the tyres are for if your carrying around a load of chubbies the whole time aka max load

    32-35psi all round.

Tyre pressures car manufacturer vs tyre maker ?

The specs for mine in the door jam are very low , 1.8 front 2.2 rear. With that I was getting edge wear on my tyres.I'm now running more like 2.0/2.2

Theres a number of options on the door jam , you have different size wheels tyres etc then you have fully loaded 4 adults full boot then there's just 2 adults up front seperate pressures for these

Thats what iv been running on the rear for 2 years now 2.6 I get good even wear right across the tyre fronts I run 2.3

Anything lower and it just looks like iv a slow puncture on the front

Looking through the manuals here is well the heavier the engine the higher the pressures, much higher
