Halfrauds sell them for 8 quid but take a week to get them, local motor factors sell them for 20 but won't have em till Monday, anyone ever used a strap successfully on these?
I use a big water pump pliers room remove mine, where are you located? If you're near Wicklow I could whip it off fya[SMILING FACE WITH OPEN MOUTH AND TIGHTLY-CLOSED EYES]

I think it's an 86mm? Think 32 is for the 6 pots although I'm usually wrong on these things!

Oh right sorry, I have never serviced a 4 pot before, had just read online about these big silly filter cups and thought that was what was needed, I will try pop down some evening during the week when it suits you if that's okay?
I am moving out of Castleknock this weekend end early next week might be hard :-)
