Firstly I fully agree with the new laws concerning phone use in.the car. That said an itchy ear can also get you in a whole world of bother too.I was driving today scratching my ear when guards pulled me saying I was talking on my phone. I had an ordeal trying to explain that there was no way possible that I could have been. Between showing them it's last usage and the fact that bluetooth was switched on. They finally let me go but still got the impression that I had done something wrong. To finish I had to produce my nct and insurance cert at the station.(lucky I got nct on.Saturday).
