E36 convertible plastic window needs replacing???

Lads my mate needs help with his e 36 convertible.
He needs the back plastic window replaced and doesn't know how or where to go about it?, he was told that wether it's stitched or zipped in its a Cnut of a job so he needs it done,
I know some people might say any good garage/upholsterer, but where exactly? As he keeps running into dead ends,
Or are you handy with these or done one before and want the work?
He has the cash there for the job to be done.
Any help or info would be greatly appreciated greatly!

If it's not zip window than sometimes is easy to find and change whole roof with frame
There is only 4 bolts and couple wiring
It's semi or fully automatic roof?

Just get the zip, and unzip! If its that type. I did it before, got the zip from friend that worked in bmw
