This is nothing new or special???
It's going on years? All over Dublin from darndale to tallaght?
You only have to go out ANY night of the week in disadvantaged areas or quiet industrial estates to see this at night???
I know it's completely wrong but is anyone really surprised by it? They put it on you tube every night?
Government grants or dole have nothing to do with this Chris?
These fellas just don't care for the law and get thier money any way they want,drugs, robbed car parts, they are hardly waiting on €188 a week???
