M5 Suspension part. Help!

If anyone could help, in locating or even the proper name for the gold washer/bump stop/ spacer so I can source one that's missing from the other side. Any help is gratefully appreciated as the knocking noise is unbearable.

use realoem with last 7 digits of car chassis number

Car is a 530d wit m5 suspension. Chassis number would be no good?

so just search manually on same realoem for any E39 M5

Tis a gift realoem + bmwfansinfo are like Bibles for the bmw very usefull were actually very lucky theres so much bmw documentation out there
