Advice on Crashed Car

My brother has a crashed msport 318i e46

its damaged front and rear engine and gearbix fine with 60k and an auto box

is full msport but front and rear bumpers are damaged - front probably repairable rear is destroyed.

what is the best thing to do with it?

Brake it or buy a 320d se and put the msport bits that are left onto it

Minimal damage to the front was just pushed forward and tipped the car in front

Wouldn't have the time or facilities to break it ourselves
