Stainless Steel Mesh - 3mm...

I need some 3mm stainless steel mesh for a BBQ I'm buildering (see thread "Homemade BBQ...")

Ideally I'm looking for 2' x 3' square mesh.

Does anybody know where I can buy it for reasonable money? Not looking to spend mental money on BBQ trays (€30ish each in the local garden centre that I'd need 3 of)

Anybody know where I can pick some up?

Could you get some trays from an old oven maybe? Your local recycling centre is bound to have a few lying around. At least you'd know they would handle the heat.

The local recycling centre have loads of signs around saying nothing is to be removed from the premises. Might chance my arm and see if they'll allow it for a good cause
