hey lads
looking to move on my e39.
have had it for 8 years now and have gotten my value from it.




1998 car with 2 owners including myself and 230k miles. (first 130k were uk motorway miles).
First owner had bmw fit an msport kit to it in early 2000's - i don't believe the msport was available as an option in 1998.

has all the tasty bits:

H&R springs
Supersport shocks
B&M Racing short shift kit
german plates and surrounds
very good condition staggered 18" type 37 m parallels, brand new rear rubber - new'ish fronts
excellent condition manual grey sport leather.
Black Mats
Rear cup holder delete
New front cup holders
Illuminated gear knob
Chrome dial rings
LED interior lights
10W angel eye leds
HID dips
Philips extreme vision heads
Shadowline trim
fresh suspension arms
etc etc

major bad point is seems to be down on compression on one cylinder.
as yet undiagnosed, but suspect a valve problem.
May have access to a second hand head if anyone has the appetite to keep her on the road. may be more suitable as a doner car or for export.
tax out - nct due

looking for 1500, will most likely break if no interest at this price.

driving the 2002 as a daily at the moment alright mick. rolling resto!
loving it, should have the wheels back from gar this week, will send you a pic.
will probably drive it for the summer and think about something else for the winter when the weather turns bad.

You're dead right Andy - it certainly is!
I still refer to it as am '02 though to save confusion!!
Still haven't gotten around to getting a thread up, am busy getting it ready for a wedding in 2 weeks - it will be in good shape for that hopefuly.
