Was looking at both the times and indo motoring sections today in work and they are both absolute rubbish. The "motoring journalists" don't have a clue and write total tripe!

That article is only the SIMI laying the ground for the pre budget lobbying against any tax increases for the motoring sector. There's no news in it, and was probably only run because there's not much news in July car wise
