E60 N52 engine oil leak problems and fix

Small update on another usual problem with oil leak on BMW N52 engine . Car is E60 with N52B25 engine and over 100k mls . Car came in to us with water leak ,it was cracked water hose , replaced with new one and came back later on to fix terrible oil leak all around the engine .Its oil filter housing gasket ,oil cooler housing gasket ,vanos solenoid O rings ,VVTI motor gasket,camshaft position sensor o rings and rocker cover gasket .these rocker cover gaskets are not so common to leak becouse its aluminum cover with aluminum gasket and its tight enough and last very long ,but !! rocker cover has aluminum bolts and they are tightened under big pressure and aluminum bolts just cant last forever so bolt heads crack and dont hold rocker cover anymore ,after oil start to leak all around .Oil goes on to exhaust manifold and burns ,makes smelly smoke and could be point to get car on fire ,leaking oil damages engine wiring loom,plastic and rubber parts as water hoses ,and finally ruins car into rot box .some pictures of how it looked before, after and finally thanks for Your time !

Jesus that was manky looks like a 300k engine, some serious oil deposit build up around the vanos solonoid holes

Is that the 215bhp engine ? Very similar leak locations as the n42 the n engines aint so magic seem to follow a trend

not sure much BHP it was Gar ,but yes same leak problems . it got some oil after oil filter housing was removed ,but it came very dirty anyway :wink:
