Is there any facelift 3.0L M3s?

I know there are plenty of pre-facelift M3 Evos knocking about. As confusing as that is. But is there any facelift 3L M3s?

Is there any facelift 3.0L M3s?

The launch of the Evo as used in the launch brochure used the pre facelift models. So afaik the 3 litre didn't make it into the facelift.

    Regards,

I know this thread is a week old but my car is May 1996 so the facelift came after that. I always thought it was nearly 97 when the facelift model began.

I was always under the impression that the facelift and the 3.2 Evo was released at the same time to compliment each other. Its not like now adays where you get facelift ecterior but older engine etc (E60 520d f.e.)

You could have a late prefaclift but the facelifts started in january 1996

The grills are a different shape. The facelift ones more a slant inwards so they don't sit properly in the pre-facelift hole. You have to change the nose panel to change the grill. I looked into it as I wanted to facelift mine but I just got grills to look like the facelift that fit into the holes.

The the 3.0 never went beyond 95. Every 96 Evo is a pre-facelift. It's basically 97 on that is a facelift.

I was in a phase of basically finding out every bit of E36 knowledge before. pity I never found a place to buy gurney flaps for my spoiler bar Oz. One day
