failed test on emissions

Right guys failed test on High Idle CO 0.59% tester said it was jumping up & down doesnt think its faulty cat maybe o2 sensor? anyone have any ideas i threw quater bottle of diputane in her yesterday and gave her quick blast before arriving at centre but still failed :O

I reckon we should make a sticky on emissions issues in the engine and servicing section, seems to be a major cause of NCT failure.
