Window parts supplier

Im looking for a u track rod lock it runs the lenght of the window and has locking bolts running up it to lock the window in place

Im having trouble finding it in ireland have found in the uk

Does anyone know somewhere in ireland that sells them

It's called a window espagnolette or espag for short and the locking cam catches in a keep. A lot of window suppliers sell the spares. Where are you based again?

What year was the house built? If you look at the aluminium spacer bar in the glazing unit there might be a manufacturers engraved in it. Some places stamp the spacer with the name of the manufacturer and year of assembly. If you get a name contact them. Failing that the parts are fairly universal. As Andy said, try some joinerys or give Munster joinery a buzz.
