Looking at a car which has headlights which are in bad shape but the car came standard with Bi-Xenon adaptive headlights which Fergus in Frank Keane priced for me at €2.5k new from BMW. No way I could justify that on a car only worth 3 times that.
What would a good condition second hand set of these typically go for?
If they are mad money, what are second hand halogens going for and is it possible to retrofit them to a car that came with Xenon as a possible alternative?
Whats wrong with the ones on it , dull lense's ? If so they can brought back to as new easily enough
They are stone chipped very badly which I know a good sand and polish will bring back but the drivers side has a white patch where it looks like the plastic lens was strained, possibly when the front bumper was taken off to be painted. It may clear up with a bit of heat but I'm looking at worst case scenario at the moment before I buy.

Ouch, ha ha!! Cheers, do many come up for sale locally?
Will be hard especially being lci adaptive uk would be best bet but dont expect much change from a 1k
Are the lenses removable could they be swapped over ?
That could be an idea, will look into it.
