Not 100% but think it is basically

1 star = just getting start
5 star = regular poster and contributor

Could be wrong there Dean im sure one of the other Admins will know more they are the techies

This is tied to post count?

What are the benchmarks and does it make any odds here?

I would say yeah post count bands per star, no makes no odds we love you all anyway
