DESCRIPTION: Have this car since May 2012 and bought it with 122k on the clock, have spent many hours and few €0000 to get it to where it is now. Have covered 7k in this time.

Reason for sale is we are applying for a mortgage so need to free up funds, if I can get the money together between now and then I will be keeping the car.

The money I have on it is strong but there is 2 reasons for this:

1: I don't want to sell it
2: its been sold to get some money in nothing else so no point selling it cheap, defeats the purpose.

Its a clean car, I wouldn't call it mint, I wouldn't call it perfect but I could nearly be sure its cleaner then most for sale at the minute.

Electric Alcantara hurricane interior no rips added fresh bolster on driver side.

All outter window rubbers replaced but front.

OE US amber set up (still plug and play)

OE matts (now NLA)
OE ashtray deletes
OE bonnet catch
CCV pipes
Camshaft sensor

Febi engine mounts x2
Meyle HD outter ball joints x2
M3 Evo wishbone bushes x2
Lemforder track rod ends x2

Mileage 128k:

Oil service and filter
Green performance panel filter
New Sachs Clutch kit
New OE z3 short shifter
New OE gear linkage bushes
New battery

BAD POINTS:

*Boot lid is rusty but have a boot lid there no rust ready to paint included
*Needs NCT failed on emissions but going in again in couple of weeks.

Some people are gona say its over priced but this is probably the best 318is in the country. GLWS Chris, if I was in a position to buy I would snap this up. Worth every cent if you ask me.
