E39 Airbag Light Reset

I'm going to have to get my cheap runaround quicker than I thought, airbag light has dropped down the list of lights to worry about
Auto gearbox light came on with the abs and traction lights. Autobox not working properly either ..... oh dear

Ah Christ !!! Sorry to hear that Geoff, the car seemed to be driving fine. Try and get onto Valdas and see what he thinks. Hopefully it's something simple (cheap).

Yea it's strange, it seemed smooth up until then. But it's having difficulty selecting gears, especially going down. Hopefully it won't be serious.

After doing a bit of reading it's sounds like it might be an abs sensor. It's connected with the auto, so hopefully that might be it.

Strange as the gearbox done the same to me but I got the cooler done and new oil in it, weird its not working now was all good.

I think that light came on when the seats where changed over too?
