    Just got this on donedeal - first email was asking for my last price

    Has to be a scam but how can someone scam you via PayPal?

    They make it look like the moneys in your account and send someone to collect the car its around years there always a marine or a navy instructor who cant spell have yet to hear of anyone actually falling for it though

    Friends father got an email like this about this a few months back when selling a camera. Only difference was it said Nigerian marine engineer. Stereotypical but automatically set off alarm bells, followed by a quick google to question weather it actually had a coastline.

    Depending on the cost of the car, might be safer to say cash only

    I had similar a few months back, Can't remember what I was selling though
    Fairly obvious it was a scam but I played along, I got an email from 'PayPal' saying I had funds, Fairly legit lucking aswell TBH.

    He'll possibly just try get 100eu out of you to cover shipping or export fees.
