    E46 318ci engine issues???

    Can somebody tell me which years e46 gave the engine issues. A friend is thinking a out buying one so dont want him buying a bad one.

    01-04 n42 engines gave a bit of trouble with breather pipes, failing timing chain tensioners and value motor. But if you future prof them they are ok.
