So after a rocker cover gasket change yesterday with new grommets for the studs and new spark plug seal and also new ngk spark plugs there seems to be a good shot of white smoke from the exhaust? Would the changing of the seals have anything to do with this (vacuum pressure.?) or is it just a coincidence it happened.?

Did you make sure the gaskets were seated correctly and torque everything down?
Also have you pulled the plugs to check for oil?
If it was oil it'll be a blue hint and you'd smell the oil, driven the car much since. ? Was the car laying up before the work ? Could only be steam burning off
If she's been sitting up it's probably just condensation boiling out from the exhaust
Yeah it's been sitting in the garage for about a month or so? Checked the plugs and all that everything seems okay, there's no blue in it it's purely white smoke.

White smoke is generally water boiling off, check all the fluid levels, if they're all good I'd go for a spin and see if it blows it out.
