Selling phone, buyer is in London ? Advice

I'm currently selling my phone on adverts, just got offered the asking price but the buyer wants me to post it to London.

Should I be concerned about this ? Maybe I'm just paranoid.

He says he can pay thought paypal.

Once the money's in my paypal account am I safe ?

PayPal is very biased towards the buyer so your not safe once the money is in your account
Does he have good feedback ? You could insist on him paying by gift ,that way he has no comeback

On the ball there adverts - now if only they could sort the site visitors who's sole purpose is to comment with low ball offers to get a reaction without even wanting to purchase in the first place.

Yea anyone in UK can use ebay no reason for him to be sniffing on adverts unless its dodge.

The first thing that threw up alarm bells was offering asking price. Especially when minimum offer is set to €30 below asking price
