    Spacers e46

    Hi there looking at buying spacers for a 2004 e46 saloon would 15mm front and 20mm rear be too wide it has staggered mv1 alloys on it

    Yes, the rears would be too wide, afaik 12/13mm is as big as you should go on the rear to avoid rubbing issues(assuming standard tyre size .. 255/35/18 rear)
    I think @[Don B] has experience in this area.
    Front should be grand.

    I had 15mm spacers on the rear with mv2 alloys and it rubbed

    As John says, I had 12mm spacers on MV1s with no issues

    I suspect that any more and you'd have issues

    Hiya,

    I have 15mm on the rear and 10mm on the front of my 2004 E46 Cabrio, the rear only rubs when going over speed ramps otherwise looks fab :-) but if you're not too sure I'd go for 12mm on the rear.
