Sheldon park hotel gym.

Went to the Sheldon park hotel gym tonight as my Ben Dunne gym membership is up and it's 10 times better,
I paid €15 for a once off look around. Macines, cardio, free weights, kettle bells, heavy punch bag, medicine balls and cool down room, nice big pool with steam room, jacuzzi, sauna, and surprisingly only 6 people there!
€200 OFF PEAK (BEFORE 2PM) for the year
€300 for the year any time.
€100 for 3 months,
Nice clean equipment, plenty of parking and a nice atmosphere, not full of posers with "disco muscles" staring at each other,

He was a landlord for a business I had and he and her are nasty pieces of work. He spent many days in court or on the steps of courts for assault or other things. Word has it he was "washing" funds for a certain group who like to cause trouble up North.
