Angel Eye Relay

I'm having trouble finding a relay to replace the broken one in the car at the moment.
The lights work fine it's just the remote fade doesn't work and the angel eyes only go off when I turn the engine off and turn the light switch on and off afew times!
EBay only had afew and the postage is killer.
It's a CMA31-C coildc 12V 40A 14vdc, make is HKE.

It's a fairly standard relay any motor factor should have one. It's not the type of thing I'd expect to control a remote fade though, is there a controller unit for them aswell ?
