Looking for 520D; doable in my budget??

Hi Guys,

I am in need of your expert comments/suggestions please. I know there are plenty of BmW experts here, I would appreciate if someone could assist.

I want to trade in my E90 (07 318i, NCT Jan 17) and have a cash of 15K to spend. I am primarily looking for a 520D - 2011 model, preferably from a main dealer - is it doable? I am looking for a spacious boot;

Or am I being realistic with that budget?? Any suggestions please.

Don't think you will get that tbh. Plus the fact that 2011 520d's are still holding very good value in main dealers I think you need to up your budget or downgrade your requirement.

I seen an 06 318i with less than 70k in the other day, full leather and in very good nick for under 4k.

I cant see any dealer offering 8k trade in for a 2007 318i.

You might just about get into one from a non-franchise dealer, but be prepared to compromise on spec & be at the higher end of the mileage spectrum . Here are 2 of the cheapest on carzone:

Both are manual & I would consider auto a must on an F10/F11
