335i Oil + General Maintenance Query

Bringing the 335i for a full service on Monday and just wondering the recommended oil is for them?

The car is a 2007 with just under 80k miles on the clock so wondering is there anything else that should be changed now or as a precaution for anything? Not looking to spend unnecessary money, just want to make sure the car is tip top mechanically before the next step...

I always try start with the following when i pick up a car at least then i know exactly whats in it and when it was done

Fuel filter
Oil filter
Microfilter
Air filter
New plugs + oil

Same here, I used castrol 5/30 and oem filters.
€100 for the oil alone!!(2x4ltr) Roughly 6.5 litres to change.

very oil sensitive that car to oil cause its used in the turbos also (assuming a N54 here). Use the BMW castrol for that car.

Excatly why I ask, it is the N54 indeed.

So if I ask for Fully Synthetic Castrol Magnatec 5w30, that will be the correct oil? Or are there variations that I should avoid? Please excuse my ignorance
