The Owners Manual was missing for my M6 & it cost me €59 to get it from carparts-pros.com, it was €81 plus VAT in the dealers! For those of you that don't want to fork out this sort of cash here is a link to a PDF version of the owners manual:

It should have been John, there is a number of manuals & books. I didn't spot it missing until I started to go through all the books in the leather pouch, there was also a "Technical Lexicon" missing with was €11. I pushed a certain deal for a certain price & criteria, not a deal for everything cosmetic sorted so it's a trade off.
