Washer Jet Hose

Hi All,

Quick question, anyone know where I could get a hose for the washerjets for the front windscreen?

The electronics are working fine, ie when I pull the stalk in the car I can hear the noise, washer bottle is full but water is coming out so the hose seems to be broken somewhere along the line.

I haven't had a chance to look at in depth but would Halfords stock a replacement hose does anyone know? I wont get a chance to look until later this evening.

Car is an e39 btw.

Congrats on the e39 purchase Keith, any photos of it? Is it Phil's e39?

I would say check with a dealer first, if it's an outrageous price, then breakers. Have a look this evening though could be something silly with an easy fix.

Thanks Peter, nope the brother still has his e39, we have matching twins now!

I am sure it's an issue fix, initially thought the jets were blocked, wont get a chance to look until later when only Halfords is open, but I doubt they'd stock something like that.

I'll get up some photos when I can

Halfords do it its a clear hose cant remember the diameter off the top of my head but i replaced mine with it worked a treat the bmw one drys up to a brittle plastic then cracks

Im in the same situation with my E39....few weeks with a bottle of water in the car...stopped at the lights, window down, quick squirt of the bottle, clean with wipers!!
Would like them working again though! :P

She's been driving the E39 mostly lately, so thats why its being left undone!!
