    Slugish at low revs???

Lads I got myself an e46 318ci which is in great condition. The only problem I'm having is a small one.....hopefully. Between 1000rpm and 2000rpm engine shudders and power is jerky when I give it the right foot but once I go bast 2000rpm all is fine. Anyone have any ideas what this could be????

Google it and you find hundreds of 318 owners with similar problems, all complaining of hesitation below 2000 revs, I have it meself and hoping a new maf solves it

I was going to say Maf too, mine was like that when my maf was dicky. If you have diagnostic software you'll probably see that the fuel trims are excessive or maxed out.
