    Hatchback recommendations

The mother in law needs a new car and I'm looking for recommendations

    The budget is about €10k
    It has to be
    - hatchback
    - automatic
    - 2009 or newer

    My current thoughts are
    - vw golf
    - vw polo
    - fiat 500
    - Peugeot 308

Looking forward to a few more suggestions please

Oh, I have another suggestion, a colleague of mine is going to be selling her 2008 mini one. She bought it new, it has 17,500 miles on it, full bmw service history. Manual though.

It has to be an auto as their driveway's steep but the type of juice doesn't matter

I was surprised by that too. Our little girl LOVES them and wants one (with pink bonnet stripes - she's 2!) so if grandma got one she'd be delirious!!!
