Need help!

Was driving earlier and something happened the car. Seems as though a drive belt is slipped or something when I get into the highways revs. You can hear it In the engine bay. Happened In 2nd gear. Seems slightly hesitant when In nuetral and accelerated. The exhaust is blown but I dont think they are associated. It is driving ok apart from that. Any idea? Feels like the car is almost wheel spinning but coming from under the bonnet?

Whe you say it feels like the wheels spinning, are the revs rising but speed not increasing?

Its so hard to describe. It drives fine but when I hit what I would call "economical driving gear change time" it jump. It then power through the hesitation and continues on. Engine light came flashing on yesterday too but went off when I started driving

I can drive it no problem if the engine doesnt struggle if you get me. Very annoying!

Ah right could be a million things, you really need to scan for DTCs
