Fair cost to move up a year E90?

I'm looking at doing a deal to change current 2010 318 D SE to a 2011 318 D MSport.

Both have very similar mileage (100k miles) & spec (sat nav etc). Clearly the MSport is carries a premium over an SE - but what would be a fair price to change be at a non-franchise dealer?

They are offering 6 month warranty, service & the 2 new tyres it needs on the 2011 MSport.

Don't know about a fair price but imagine the garage be looking for 4k from you at least.
