Timing Chain Replacement

I really need to replace the timing chain of my car (N46, E87) . I only know how is the camshaft timing.
Does someone know the crankshaft timing and how replace the timing chain?

I have no problem going from Cork to Dublin for the quality work Valdas offers, but I think Brasil to Dublin is a bit of a trek
