Looks like the multi-function oddments tray, or cup holders to you and me, are still available in the US. Unlike the all in one cupholder, these aren't specific to LHD / RHD.
Any interest in grouping a few together - works out at EUR145 or so plus shipping and duties.

The one I posted originally is no longer available in Europe from what I've been told - hence going for the US option. Pelican Parts also lists it at $250.
Seems to be available on carparts-pro's for EUR170 or so - will probably work out cheaper given the US one would be hit for duty and VAT.
Yeah was seccond hand but perfect conditation. I had a problem getting one that all the fina in the cup holder still worked
