Lightbulb E36 side indicators preface lift on facelift coupe

Hi, I have a '98 E36 316i coupe. I'm thinking about getting clear side indicators, but i think the pre facelift indicators look better.

Will they fit my car (facelift), they look like they need a big screw in the middle.

Can anyone shed some light on the subject, no pun intended.

    Thanks.

Pre-Facelift are screwed in, (The ones with the black surround) Nearly sure they're not a direct swap as facelift are smaller/thinner. Possible to enlarge the existing hole I suppose.

Personally I think the facelift E36 is much nicer/modern, And nothing worse than seeing an E36 with a facelift grill and pre-facelift indicators or the other way round.

Thanks for the reply, I did some searching and they would need to be modified some way to fit.

I just liked the pre facelift ones because of the black surround, maybe I'll end up getting aftermarket dark/smoked facelift ones.

Why not find a car in the same colour pre face lift that is been broken
Buy the wings off it and fit them
Instead of trying to modify the one you have.
