    Lightbulb Group Buy: Machine Polisher

    Folks,

Have had a few requests lately for machine polishers; so Im hoping there will be sufficient interest to get this Group Buy completed in a swift fashion!
Am hoping to team up with Dodo Juice on this Group Buy!

Buff Daddy DAS-6 Orbital Machine Polisher, 500W - RRP; €140

Kit, including machine polisher, ventilated 125mm backing plate, side handle, spare brushes, tools, instructions and carry bag
Removing swirls by hand can be hard work, time-consuming and often leads to inconsistent results. The answer is a machine polisher – and the most user-friendly of all are the orbital machines (often called 'Dual Action' or DA' polishers). Because the polishing head travels in an orbit, there is less chance of the paint being inadvertently damaged. This lightweight (2.3kg) Dodo Juice DAS-6 550W orbital machine comes with a soft touch gear cover, ventilated 125mm backing plate (to fit the usual 5/16” thread), over 3m of cable (UK plug, 220-240v), a side handle, a spare motor brush set and a Dodo Juice embroidered carry bag. It also has two years of warranty, double insulation and a CE marking.

Buff Daddy PRO DA-900 Orbital Machine Polisher, 880W - RRP; €180

The Buff Daddy DAS-6 has an enviable reputation amongst newcomers to machine polishing, but pro detailers would often feel it lacked punch compared to a rotary on tougher paints. So the Buff Daddy Pro was born, with a more powerful 880W motor, capable of tackling the hardest clearcoats when used with microfibre pads and suitable compounds. Like the Buff Daddy, this DA-900 model comes well-equipped, with a 125mm backing plate, long cable, a spare brush set and an embroidered carry bag. It also has two years of warranty, double insulation and a CE marking.
Also, be aware that the Buff Daddy Pro DA-900 can reach far higher panel temperatures than the lower powered DAS-6 machine and this may lead to pad delamination – so when using microfibre pads, keep an eye on panel temperatures and do not over work the pads

Spin Doctor Rotary Machine Polisher, 1100w - RRP; €140

Kit, including machine polisher, spare brush set x2, side handle, D-handle,
125mm Backing plate and hard carry case

Rotaries can cut paint a lot quicker than orbital machines, so - in competent hands -they can deliver fast and impressive results. The Spin Doctor is a compact and lightweight (2kg bare) machine with a powerful 1100W motor and digital speed control. This means a digital LCD display shows your speed to the nearest 100rpm and you can accurately adjust your polishing speed from 1000-3000rpm at the touch of a button. Comes with a 125mm backing plate (M14), side and D-handles, a long, long 5m lead, 2x spare brush sets and a hard carry case. It also has a two year warranty, double insulation and a CE marking.

Combo the machines with the following....
3* Chemical Guys 5.5" Hex Logic Pads; 1* Soft, Medium, Hard - €11.95 each
    1* Chemical Guys V-Line Sample Polishes; 1* V32, V34, V36 & V38 - €32.95
    1* Roll of 3434 3M masking tape; €5.95
    Total; €74.75

Spin Doctor Rotary & Combo - RRP 214.75; GB Price....€190 Delivered
    Buff Daddy DAS6 & Combo - RRP 214.75; GB Price.... €190 Delivered
    Buff Daddy DA-900 & Combo - RRP; 254.75, GB Price.... €220 Delivered

    Or roughly a 15% discount.

Being sent out today - should be with you all tomorrow (assuming DPD hold up their end of the bargain )
If not received by Wednesday evening, get onto us and we'll investigate!

Enjoy the machines - would love to see some before and after pictures when you get around to trying them out!
As ever, any questions - fire ahead!

Yes, both of the DA's are Paddy - to do damage with one, you'd want to be dropping one on the car!!
